WEBSITE TERMS
Website Terms
“Kimma”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beijing Kimma Technology Co., Ltd. This website introduces our business, solutions, project experience and technical content. Last updated: 20 July 2026.
Content and project boundary
Website content supports general information and initial project discussion. It is not a project design, quotation, performance guarantee, acceptance record or contractual commitment. Equipment, environments, interfaces and responsibilities vary by project; confirmed scope, requirements, pricing, programme and deliverables are defined by the applicable technical and commercial documents.
Case studies and images
Case studies describe building type, system scope, delivery constraints, Kimma’s work and the completed result. Client names, project identity and background are limited to what each page expressly states; undisclosed details should not be inferred, and one case does not promise the same result for another project.
Public case images are labelled “Project Visualization” or “Project Rendering” according to their type. They are not evidence of a site photograph, as-built condition or specific client identity, and do not replace drawings, point schedules, test records, as-built documents or operating procedures.
Technical articles
Technical articles share general diagnostic order, design methods and engineering reasoning. They do not replace a site assessment, equipment-manufacturer requirements, specialist safety procedures or formal design. Confirm the applicable scope, equipment conditions and project context before using any method.
Brands, credentials and relationships
Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. A reference explains a technical system or project context and does not imply unconfirmed authorization, status, exclusivity or a manufacturer commitment. Specific credentials and relationships depend on verifiable records.
Permitted use
Website content must not be used to misrepresent Kimma or another party, or to remove image labels and necessary scope statements. The website provides general information about Kimma’s services and technical views; formal technical, commercial and contractual documents govern each project.
