Tailored Design
Define architecture, scope, sequences, interfaces and acceptance around the real operating need.
ABOUT KIMMA
Kimma Tech focuses on building automation and mechanical controls, connecting operating goals, control systems, supply resources, site delivery and continued maintenance.
POSITION
Kimma provides system design, product selection and supply, programming, commissioning, retrofit and managed maintenance.
Kimma supports owners and facilities teams, main contractors and specialist project partners. An engagement may begin with a brief that needs definition, a bid package, a clearly scoped delivery, an existing-system problem or a long-term maintenance requirement.
Delivery is measured by the operating result: credible sensing, executable sequences, verified feedback and information that operators can understand. Equipment supply is one part of that result, not the finish line.

FIVE CORE SERVICES
Define architecture, scope, sequences, interfaces and acceptance around the real operating need.
Align drawings, point schedules, quantities, suppliers, pricing and technical submissions.
For controlled small scopes, coordinate design, sourcing, site work, programming and commissioning.
Inspect, resolve faults, protect backups, review logic and tune operation over time.
Re-establish the baseline for unsupported or degraded systems, recover critical functions and retrofit in evidence-led stages.
Coordination
Design decisions must reach the configuration and quotation; commercial scope must match technical boundaries; supply information must reflect real products and lead times; site work must leave conditions that can be commissioned. Our team keeps equipment, points, interfaces, revisions and responsibilities aligned across those handoffs.
Commissioning is treated as a sequence of point, unit, coordinated and observed-operation tests. Issues after handover continue through our support records so they can be traced to field equipment, data, logic or interfaces.
We coordinate platforms, controllers, sensors, actuators, gateways and supply resources across multiple brands and generations. Selection considers capability, compatibility, documentation, availability and maintainability.
General purchasing or project coordination is not presented as manufacturer authorization or an exclusive relationship. Brand status and credentials are confirmed only through applicable, verifiable records, and every project scope remains subject to its technical and commercial documents.
We start with evidence and site conditions, define boundaries and failure behavior before adding features, and keep assumptions visible. Completion is judged by testable operation, recoverable information and operator understanding.
Based in Beijing, we have supported building-controls work in Beijing and other regions. Remote drawing, point-schedule, design and configuration work may lead into supply and site support where the confirmed scope requires it. Staffing, programme, travel and site responsibilities are agreed for each project.
