The challenge

In managed maintenance, Kimma follows system condition over time. Replaced equipment, drifting sensors, offline communications, program changes, outdated schedules and persistent overrides can accumulate until a complete-looking screen no longer represents the building.

How we work

  • We inspect controllers, networks, critical points, alarms and override status against field conditions
  • Offline, sensor, actuator and recurring-alarm issues are classified and closed with records
  • Our team backs up programs, databases, graphics and key parameters with change history
  • Sequences, interlocks, schedules, setpoints and control authority are reviewed over time
  • We use trends and operator feedback to tune operation and plan repairs or upgrades

The outcome

The outcome is a maintained system with accountable ownership, recoverable data and a traceable issue history. Problems are closed rather than merely acknowledged, and sequences can be reviewed as equipment and building use change.
