CASE STUDY / Event & Cultural Venue
Beijing Yanqing International Event Venue
PROJECT OVERVIEW
Control relationships organized around real building use.
This event & cultural venue development supports alpine accommodation, public services and major international event support, with a system scale of approximately 1,500 I/O points. The building automation scope includes heating plants, pumps and valve control, HVAC, ventilation and accommodation terminal equipment, freeze protection, energy management and centralized alarms. We integrated equipment, organized control relationships and coordinated commissioning around actual building use and operating schedules, giving the operations team a clearer view of equipment status, alarms and trends.
SYSTEM SCOPE
Building automation coverage
heating plants, pumps and valve control
HVAC, ventilation and accommodation terminal equipment
freeze protection, energy management and centralized alarms
OUR WORK
Turning system scope into equipment, logic and commissioning.
We delivered the intelligent-system and BMS scope, integrating heating, HVAC, ventilation and centralized mechanical supervision with event-support commissioning.
DELIVERY CHALLENGE
Site conditions shaped the delivery path.
The alpine climate demanded robust freeze protection, winter heating assurance and rapid alarm response under high-reliability event conditions.
PROJECT HIGHLIGHT
Complex system relationships made clear and maintainable.
The main characteristic is freeze protection and coordinated winter operation for a large alpine accommodation campus. During delivery, we coordinated equipment relationships, control logic, schedules and site interfaces, while using zoning, alarms and trend data to make system status easier for the operations team to understand. The completed system supports day-to-day use and provides a practical basis for continued maintenance and optimization.
